Service here is great. Needed 6 wood panels cut for a project and no longer have a table saw. Staff helped find the best panels and cut them to the precise measurements needed. Far better experience than what I received at the big orange box store.

Fantastic customer service when I stopped in needing help with a small but challenging project. This store is well-organized and has a surprising selection of merchandise considering their limited space . I really enjoy shopping at this local neighborhood True Value, especially during the spring and summer when their garden center is full of beautiful plants .

I come here often, since I’d rather purchase from a local name than a corporation. I only needed one low-cost item today. But I wasn’t exactly confident in my ability to use the product I had in mind. Dwayne was the first employee to approach me. He helped me upgrade my original plan in such a way that I felt lucky to have run into him. He convinced me on an upsell, but made sure to weigh the pros and cons for me. I am 100% confident in the plan we agreed on, I know the purchases I made are going to increase the esthetic and longevity of my project, and I learned a few really good tips without feeling at all condescended in the way I’m very often used to in hardware and home improvement stores. By the time I left, the quick interaction had me wishing Dwayne would teach me more tips and tricks in the manner I experienced this afternoon (maybe time to start a home improvement TikTok…?) `Will be coming back to see you! As opposed to Ace on the Fax, these folks know where products can be found and at a value as the name suggests. They even have a bike shop and a garden center.

I've been going to this True Value over 30 years. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to do business with. I live in the house that's 70 years old. This True value is the only place I'm able to find parts that work with fixtures and what not in my home.

Had a good shopping trip here. I needed a paint sample. And they where able to match the paint, I needed. 6.50 pretty affordable. Staff was kind and very helpful.
